We can also establish reports for you to compare and analyze on different possibilities regarding all critical points in the process needed to be adapted to the country you want to operate from, including quotations, custom clearances, logistics, etc…

- Create an acceptable sourcing strategy based on the client’s sourcing requirements/brief.
Identify viable suppliers based on the client’s quality, cost, and delivery needs.
Examine the item’s details. - Shortlisting & Verification of Suppliers
- Create RFQ (Request for Quotation) packages and send them to suppliers.
- Negotiation: By utilising our bilingual negotiators and eliminating intermediaries, we are frequently able to cut rates by 5% to 50%.
- Transform received supplier quotations into a uniform format for client inspection and approval.
- To introduce and/or advance business prospects forward with supplier, get any non-disclosure or other relevant agreements (s).
- Provide product/item/factory quality reports to the client.

Our Work Flow
SAMPLING
This method is incredibly important to us. The product is conceptualised in close collaboration with designers and customers.
PRODUCTION
We use a methodical methodology for each order to track the sourcing of fabric, the supply of accessories, and the manufacture.
QUALITY CONTROL
We use the AQL technique. Our primary activity is quality control, and inspections are performed at every stage of production, from yarn to pack.
DOCUMENTATION
We thoroughly check all documentation required for production, exports, and transportation. This stage is overseen by a separate department.
